I have a yearling section A pony and a cob x pony. They both live out and both put on weight easily. I ride the cob x appolossa about twice a week. I like to give them both a small handful of feed in the mornings to put supplements in for the cob x who suffers from fly bites, and to make friebds with the section A - only just got her a week ago. Ideally I'd like it to be the same food to save storing 2 different bags. Neither have had laminitis but it's something I'm wary of with them. I may up whatever I give them in winter if they need it.
What would you feed and why?

Fast Fibre is the basic feed for all mine, as it is low in sugar and starch so safe for the fatties or laminitics. It is quick to soak, easy to add any extras such as supplements to and most seem to like it, I up the quantity depending on the individual .

Either balanced happy feet. all the vits and mins they need but low starch and no added sugar, or their at grass mix as this is designed exactly for this purpose, getting all the its mins they
