It was a leak from the site and the surveillance zone would be lifted in Surrey at midday on Saturday.

So what happens now? Who is going to get sued over this?

Nothing.

No one it's a DEFFRA site, thus tax payers will be paying for the mistake of over payed civil servants yet again (much like last time there was an F&M outbreak from this same site).

As a Civil Servant I can assure you we aren't over paid, in fact our salaries are a less than the private sector for similar roles.

Just because they are a government organisation doesn't mean that they should not be held responsible for their actions.
