foot sore

ellie ripped of her two front shoes last week one was on the monday then i brought her in to have the farrier on the thursday and ripped of her other shoe she is fine on the grass but is lame and shortening her stride still on the concrete farrier did say that she had bruising on the front of her toe but how long do you reckon untill she should be sound? she has been staying out but not sure whether to keep her in or not what do you think?

depends on the horse, i cant have mine out of the stable if he hasnt got shoes on, and my other horse would be quite happy without shoes on any surface.

if shes still sore id keep her in for a few days, if shes fine in the school then give her some excerise.

she is absoloutley fine now lunged her yesterday and is completley sound thanx
