We over-did it at the beach on Thursday poor dog now has four sore paws. Been putting Vaseline on and socks and letting her sleep on our bed to discourage the licking at them! They don't look too bad but she is still ouchy. Anything else I can do?

Have you washed her feet and legs at all, as something may have irritated them other than the sea salt ?? That would be my first port of call with my spaniels .....

She has licked them a lot the last three days can't be worth washing them now

One of my spaniels can be affected by the salt at the beach, in the future you could get some paw wax to put on before going.

I would say it is still worth giving them a wash, remember vaseline can dry them out.

I would leave off Vaseline, put buster collar on her so she can't lick. Have you had a really good look to check for foreign objects?

Jelly fish? One if mine stepped on them, both front feet though (not all 4) it effected her straight away rather than later so maybe not?

The salt could still be irritating the open pads so it would still be a benefit to the dog IME.
I hope she feels better soon

I find Sudocrem (nappy rash cream for those of us without kids ) works brilliantly on human, dog and horse alike.
