I am looking for a car that is capable of towing one 15.2 cob.

Need something economical to run as have a 90 mile round trip to work 3-4 days a week.

Is there such a car?

Pop into the towing clinic in comp riders, you'll get sound advice in there :) we looked at A4 diesel estates, or a passat 4-motion, both had reasonable mpg with decent max towing weights

We just went looking at some SUVs yesterday for my mum (not to tow with though, just a small 4x4), we looked the Hyundai iX35 and the sales guy said that could tow 2 tonnes. Not sure of that's enough for 1 15.2hh cob - I guess it would depend on the trailer weight. The mpg seemed pretty good though in the diesel version and it drove very nicely. Also, the emissions are better so makes it a lower tax band than most of the 4x4s (you can also get them in 2WD too) so a pretty decent car overall. The downside is they've only been out a year so you're not going to get much, if any change form £20K!
