The cheapest place I have found to buy them is in Newport - Bank Farm Trailers. They are £200 cheaper than anywhere else I have tried so far!

Sorry for the incessant trailer posts, but I thought anyone interested would like to know!
 
I've only got a price on the 506; in Newport, they're asking £3535.50 (inc vat). I've also been quoted £4051, £3748 and £3750 for exactly the same model; as you can see, Newport are significantly cheaper!!!
 
Wow i have been quoted £3450 inc VAT so a lot cheaper than you have said! I am also claiming the VAT back on mine and part exchanging for a very old 505 and so it is actually only costing me £2,200 for a brand new 506! Cant wait!!!! Just need to decide on what colour now....i really cant decide!
 
Are you 100% sure its £3450 inc vat???? £3450 is actually the RRP not including vat; the dealers are buying it in for 20% less than this - I spoke to Ifor direct this morning and their price list confirms this - so if you have been quoted £3450, then it either means they are not charging vat on top of the RRP, or....I dont know what! Very good deal; could you tell me where you've been quoted this?
 
Yes i was sure it was £3450 inc VAT but will double check with them if it is the case!! It is in Carlisle that i got my quote from. I will go and call them now to check!!

See im not so sure on the black ones...think it is either going to be the silver or graphite grey ones. I HATE the red one!! It is very loud! Although the lady at the trailer place said that the colours apparently look compltely different in real life to brochures. I am off to see one in a few weeks anyway so will let you know what they are like....cant wait!!

My brother saw one yesterday at a college exhibition; it was the graphite one, he said it was lovely! I like the look of the black one, and we have a black shogun so they would match...but would consider the graphite if I can warrant getting one! They are lovely, and I want that left hand ramp!!!

I think i would still keep the right hand ramp personally...although i dont know....oh decisions!!!

There is also a vanity mirror chucked in for free....not sure i want to see myself at competitions looking horsey!

I simply cant wait to get my trailer but it seems to be taking forever as they cant get them in for three weeks yet, then i have to go and see it and then...finally...i can put my order in.

I know.....OH thinks I'm mad considering getting a new one when I've only had mine a year, but I said to him, Imagine if I'd only just decided to get one - the new ones would be the only ones available!

That's a bummer you've got to wait so long! Our local dealer are getting them in in 2 weeks they hope, 6 weeks seems an awful long time!!!!!

Yes i know...apparently because it is a new product it is taking a little longer to get them built. Apparently in time the production team will get faster!!

I actually looked at getting one of the older 505s (the blue ones) but still brand new as that was what was available at the time. I went away to think about it and raid my piggy bank, only to come back to put my order in and be told that they have stopped making them and Ifor Williams have released a new one. I was atually a little gutted as i love the older style still.

I was also gutted when i realised it would be £400 more for one of these newest ones, although i think they are pretty smexy now!!
