FOR FUN: Random cross breeding that works...or doesn't!

Just wanted to see what we can come up with - pictures of random (and I mean random breeds, not random breeding ) cross breeding that produces a nice looking/moving horse, or one that really doesn't! Nothing standard like WB x TB or Welsh x TB. Maybe quarter horse, Friesian, Iberian etc that produce a crazy coloured or totally different looking horse....

When I was looking for my boy, I came across a Sec D x ID. Not that unusual really, but I loved the way his owner advertised him as a Celtic Sporthorse. (There wasn't much sporty about him unfortunately!)

Dam was pony, possibly unregistered New Forest who was 'had' by the local 3yo colt that was an ISH x Trakhener (later gelded I believe lol)

Unfortunately I don't have pics, but when I was a teenager, I worked for a wedding carriage company. They had a pair of Norwegian Fjord/Hanoverian crosses, and they were stunning! Proper little mini sports horses.

I have had an absolutely darling Irish Draught X Arab, he was really lovely. Sweet, willing, kind, handsome and unflappable, lots of bone, about 15.3hh. Only fault was he didn't have much talent for jumping, but he would be the average rider's dream.

That was me. NEVER try one of these - they are super short, but super strong. NOT kids ponies. And look like ugly Highlands with legs chopped off. Best ever description of them was 9I think) JFTD naming them Shightlands.

Love the Friesian x TB. My old boy didn't have any papers (Irish import) but we think he might have been Friesian x Fell x something bigger/sportier - he was 15.1 but all body (6'3 rugs, extra full bridle), in essence a shorter legged version of the one above (and also black, the resemblance in the head is spooky).

It's a very long shot, but does anyone know of anyone around Co Wexford who was breeding weird crosses like that around 1996? I'm pretty sure he was a hunt hireling between about 2000 and 2003 with the Killinick Harriers. His enormous buck when galloping may have put paid to that career...

I have a Suffolk Punch x With we think ID. He is a lovely boy, more Suffolk than anything, but his legs let him down. He has a Suffolk head and body, but not the legs to support it really. He is arthritic, really struggles at this time of year when he can't be out 24/7.
