For fun - what colour numnah for my grey?

So, the time for backing her is rapidly approaching.

I want to get her a nice smart numnah (chestnut mare will not like grey hairs on her stuff ), what colour would you suggest?

Unflattering pic, but it shows her chestnut fleabites well (they are rapidly spreading too ).

Well, greys have their advantage sometimes.... I think any colour goes with them. Our grey has maroon with navy binding on his travel rug. Plus a baby blue looks lovely on them as well. Good luck!

I had Royal Blue for a spell, then I went to dark Grey which looked really nice too, I also had a Burgundy one which looked nice too.

I did wonder whether I should take the chestnut fleabites into account and therefore go for something that looks nice with chestnut. I quite like the grey idea as her legs have darker hairs.

I sat on her today while she was lying down in the sun. My friend who luckily knows what she's doing (unlike me ) will be the one to ride her first as I'll be on the ground. I'm glad to say that the diet is going well and people have commented that I'm slimmer.

A really nice deep green with some gold threading or piping...green looks lovely on chestnuts as well!

like.. this green, or maybe a bit darker?
