Well I have given the YM our 1 month notice. She did not ask why or anything but refused to speak to anyone and went around door banging. What a carry on. This is one of the reasons we are going!!

That's the reaction i got when i handed in my notice and then proceeded to be practically extrodited...couldnt wait to get out of there - and then they wonder why you're leaving!!! Chin up, don't be forced to leave early, and just look forward to the new yard!!!
