Well first can I say I have already apologised for any offence caused- though I do think it was very little...if any- but I dont want to be the one to be called out, which obviously, starting this post I am.
To declare that

Is an ignorant comment to make off the back of one bad thread of several thousands helpfull threads. I have been here a while now, and most people know my writing style and some have met me in real life and understand that this is the type of person I am.
The post in question was not readable to some. It was that bad, so a spell check would of been useful.. I have my doubts over the real reason someone would write in text talk over a forum, I am not an expert in dyslexia but I can only assume that the type of words used and with the current state of text talk, that it was in fact pure youthfullness and laziness, and I am sure that in my job, that f I asked a customer has ENEY seen the parcel? that it would be some something that I would be brought up for... as many people did for the original OP. I would also like to add that this is a community (albeit a forum) and sometimes a little hello this is me before going on isnt a miss. I know as I was once like that. So please, let this forum leave a bad taste in your mouth- its your choice- but life tastes a little sweeter from the good and helpfullness of the people on here- I should know- I have experienced that

I agree - I reckon this is all beacuse someone a bit young posted without thinking. But I do think it's shown up a lot of things.

I have no idea as to what's going on, I caught the OP and the 'thoorobreed' (no offence intended if it wasn't spelt correctly lol) didn't see it as anything but a bit of light hearted banter...I may have missed something, I often do.....

Gosh, this is three days on the trot.....and countless threads. I think everyone has backed off FINALLY, and the OP never reposted. Must say I did follow some links to other forums and it was being picked up there, so it can't just be that we are all 'university educated dressage riders!'

On that note, does anyone want to read my dissertation!? Its on Mussolini and how he used Classical ideology!?! As you are all such great 'grammatists'!?
 
I have been watching these threads in the back ground and was gobsmacked to see that one of the related threads is now 7 pages long!!
So obviously thought I better chip in my 2p worth if that's ok.

) someone with a genuine disability or literacy issue, then it's wrong, and cruel and people should lay off.

However... if they are a lazy arsed chav who can't be bothered to even try and make their post legible and would prefer to sound cool??!!, then by all means, give them both barrels. I think flintus's posts are along this line and i personally fine them funny. And besides which, if the post was started with troll tendancies, then surely they must be laughing their arses off at the riot they have managed to start!

(IMO, although Roly's spelling is atrocious, their previous posts seem to bear no confrontational content what so ever, they are short and fairily sociable - think I would have given a more gentle response before making assumptions on their intentions.)

i accept your apology flintus but i,m afraid my dyslexic husband did take serios offence , he now thinks this forum is an unhelpful and petty source of information which untill a few days ago he read avividly , hes a dedicated horseman and trainer of youngsters, and competes to a good standard , he has on occasion asked me to post replies on his behalf as he does understand that his writing would be fairly illegable, so lets just let it drop shall we ?

p.s for those that commented about help with writing for my husband ,thank you for your advise , he has a doctorate in equine studies , a degree equivilent in chair making and is highly educated , he has spent many hours in private tuition to help him with his writing and for the most part i can decipher it , he continues although in his forties to try and comprehend and write words that to him are gibberish , he will never i,m afraid be of good enough standard to write his comments on here himself , but hes sitting here reading this as i type
