We sit on the dog shelf... as you can see they even hog the remote control! The Jack in the background won't sit with them, he gets very cross when they break wind!!
I did show it to mine in the hope that they wanted to become 'folding greyhounds', but they have indicated (by lying on their backs with paws in the air
) that they prefer to be 'stretched-out greyhounds'
I particularly love your fawn and white, really gorgeous, although of course Flick has identified closely with your black-and-white-and-splotchy
Lily is actually Saluki/Grey cross, was the runt of the litter and on the verge of having her head slapped between two bricks by her breeder as she was quite a deformed puppy. Now she is the most athletic, funny, selectively deaf dog you could ever meet; unfortunately she never puts on any weight.
Judy, the black and white, was the love of my life, but was put down at the age of 14 because she managed to wedge her back end under a kitchen cabinet and damaged her pelvis struggling to get out.
I still get those "bladder too close to my eyes" moments when I see black and whites!
Kylie, the blonde dog in the background, was Australian cattle dog/Grey, and was PTS due to a recurring mammary tumour at the grand old age of 23!! Her mum survived her by a year.
Now OH and I can't agree.... I want another long dog, he wants another gun dog. Mmmmm..
You could almost see them with a spread in Hello! or Ok!..."Lily and Judy graciously let us into to their private surroundings for an exclusive photoshoot"
Nooooo Splotchy - yours are gorgeous too and naturally shall demand their own magazine spread as soon as they wake up and escape your insufferable cruelty (very News of the World actually...
)
As I'm currently sitting next to a hiccuping, snoring, farting spangle (who is dangerously close to getting a nice red jumper for Christmas
