Looking for imput as I have to decide which way to go. I have a 16.1 hh ISB that will be up for loan/sale early next year. He can only go on loan to what I call proper horse people, some one who has ridden different types of horses for many years and is unfazed by spooking and the odd nap. In your experience do people like this every loan or is it only the more novice people that look for loans. Sorry if that is a bit rambling but I hope you understand the question ;:)

No - I think you'll find there will be someone out there for your horse - particularly if its loan so no money has to change hands. Some people like the prospect of a horse with a bit of 'spirit' and not just a plod. I might even know someone that could be interested if its a loan proposition....

Obviously it may take some time to find the right person, but I think they are out there - just be prepared to wait, and unfortunately have your time wasted.
