For those of you who work with horses

What is your hourly rate? I was just wondering really as I have just asked my employer for a pay rise and allthough I am realistic in my expectation I wanted to judge what the average wage is. I work part time at a stud which currently has 50 horses that are tended to every day!

£6.50 / hr before tax for part timer
£250 / wk before tax for head girl full time
