I hope he finds a wonderful new home. Trouble is most people who would foster probably already have dogs.

Some people foster following the loss of a dog, they're not ready for a new pet yet but want to help knowing it's not necessarily forever.

I doubt this poor creature was up to date with his vaccs seeing as he was emaciated and untreated.

Interesting-and apologies for the derail-but the vet and I had plenty of time to chat last week what with pony being so unwell. She adopted what she thought was a springer puppy that was found near the surgery last year, turns out she’s just teeny. We had a massive chat about lepto 4 and she says that the surgery policy is to advise using lepto 2, she uses it, everyone at the surgery does. Thought it was interesting.
