Sorry to post pics here but wanted to thank everyone for their advice yesterday about trying 2ft 3 jumps. Well i did it. I slept on it and couldn't wait to give it a go today. He was FANTASTIC, didn't look at the water at all, really took the jumps on and thoroughly enjoyed himself. I was a bit apprehensive but he is so damn honest, didn't even think of stopping or running out. The last jump we put up to 2ft 6 and it didn't faze him at all. thankies again everyone, here he is.....

gypsygirl I bought him as a 9mth old off the field as wild as you like as i needed a companion for my horse. He was a weedy, straggley little chap. I first saw him at weaning at a local horse sale where an acquaintance originally bought him. I got him off her a couple of months later. I was interested in his Friesian breeding and had heard that the tb cross make good sports horses.
