I don't know a lot about C's but I do know that Nebo Black Magic was a pretty successful horse, I do believe Parc Welsh Flyer was too. If you give me a few days I might be able to find out more info on his more direct parentage.
 
they're very old bloodlines - you only have to go back to 2nd gen and they were all born in the 70's and 80's. i like the old types

Nebo Black Magic is probably the most well known in there but there are plenty of others too - parc daffyd, cardi llwyd, pentre eidwen comet, llanarth meredith ap braint. lots may have been well known in their time but are old now so not so well known.
 
A lot of very good horses in that pedigree, bet he's a beauty

he is a beauty, i've known him since a yearling when i had him come and graze up at my yard with some other colts (i'm good friends with his owner) and it was such an easy choice when i decided to breed from my mare. he came up to my yard and was turned out with her for quite a few months, he never tried to get to another mare or anything.
nebo black magic is the one i recognise, but was wondering about any others.
i cant decide on a name for my foal, who is now 5 days old hence am looking for something related to him maybe to inspire me! The foal is stunning (i know i am biased and shes my 1st) and to my shock, i've already have people want to buy her (she isnt for sale!) i must get around to posting photos of her on here!
