Just had conformation email from EandL that they are paying out for our mares splint fracture after being kicked 8 weeks ago.

No if, buts, or maybes, no hanging about....sent off 2 weeks ago.

E&L were fantastic when I had to claim over 1k in vets bills for my pony. They did a history check which they are totally entitled to do and then payed up quickly with no problems at all.

They haven't asked for anything at all. I filled out my bit, vet filled out his bit and 14 days later, cheque arrives!
