I think I’ve made a c*ck up!
I’ve entered my boy into a foreign breeds class at a local show, and after doing some googling and searching through threads on here I don’t think he actually qualifies! Appy X Belgian warmblood. Looks like he needs to be a purebred, and that warmbloods aren’t always accepted. The schedule is online and is very vague so I have messaged the venue. Fingers crossed it won’t matter! ?

I’ve done foreign breeds with my Belgian warmblood before and won. Most local shows ime are desperate for entries and not that fussy.

Unless he’s registered part breed Appy I don’t think he’d be eligible for the Foreign Breed society affiliated classes but at a local level, I’m sure he’d be fine. They’re normally keen for extra entries.

Our local shows normally combines them with rare breeds just to get enough.
