Foreign Passport

Hey all! Just trying to puzzle out Banjo's passport, I have to register as the new owner but as he was shipped from Holland its all in Dutch! I don't want to send it to Holland because of all the horror stories I have heard when people have sent passports abroad and never seen them again - so where should I send it? Cheers!

You can only send it back to original issuer. I sent mine to germany and it came back in a month.

we just send ours off to the BSJA/BE and write our name and address in them.
