Forest/Woods Corby

Has anyone ridden the woods/Forests around Corby area. Wakerley/ Fineshade or Fermyn?
If so is it easy to park? whats the riding like?

Thankyou, my friend lives Peterborough way and would like to venture.

I often go to Fermyn Woods; there is supposed to be a lorry park, but don't know if they have done it yet; you could phone the forestry commission to find out; they will also send you a map of the horse tracks/bridleways

I park at the back of the woods in a large driveway; If you look on a map its the little road that goes to the Benefields from the Corby road, just passed the entrance to Fermyn Woods.

Its fantastic, in winter you can ride on the tracks, and in summer there are loads and loads of bridleways around the area ( get an os leisure map)
