forg infection?

Hello everyone

i was wondering if anyone could help me.

my pony has got what i think might be a frog infection or fungle not sure. the past few day i noticed her feet smelling quite bad and to day when i was picking her feet out her frogs are greyish and very dry like they were cracking, she is due a hoof trim in two weeks.

dose anyone have an idear on what it might be?
