Fouganza/Decathlon Hats

I fit Charles Owen and Gatehouse HS1 and found Decathalon hats a REALLY strange and uncomfortable shape. The 'padding' is hard like a bicycle helmet (perhaps that's more common now? First time I came across it and did not like it!). A real shame because I loved the look of the one I tried. Ordered online, returned it no problems.

Same. I think it's definitely for round heads rather than oval ones. Also, I ordered my normal size of 56cm and it was huge.

Other than the colour, it looks just like the ones my daughter and I have.

I don't find it especially uncomfortable, but the polystyrene "padding" is a bit hard and I find that my head gets quite hot.

There's a removable liner made of a mix of mesh and very thin foam; I hang my helmet on a hanger to dry, and wash the liner every six or eight weeks.

Decathlon stores over here in France are quite good, in that I can order an item in two or three sizes online, go into the store where I try the items for size, and return the ones that are not right.
