I went looking this weekend for new yards as I have to move. I saw 3 but the one a really liked. It has.
-Big stables with thick bedding
-Horse fed 3 times a day
-Individual paddocks or large grazing paddocks with a dam in one.
-Lots of eventers up to Open Level and showjumpers up to A grade
-Good hacking in a secure estate.
-Hacking distance to a large cross-country venue.
-Tack cleaned for you
-Preparation for shows
-Lots of instructors who come to the yard or you can choose your own.
It is a little bit more expensive but I think its worth it. I still have to give notice to my current y/o so hopefully can move by the end of March.
