Found Shetland Pony

Black Shetland pony found in Barr Beacon WS9 early yesterday morning. Friendly little thing in good condition. Someone obviously owns him but no one has claimed him yet. West Midlands police have been informed. The number for Staffordshire horse watch does not appear to be working. Is there anyone else I can contact please as someone must be missing him?
