Your first real question is strange: “trail hunting foxes”. Trail hunting legally should nit lead to foxes being hunted.

This is very ill thought out, you seek responses to an illegal activity, then mention trail fox hunting - there is no such thing.
There is trail hunting, drag hunting, blood hounds etc but no legal fox hunting.

However you dress it up, your survey is very seriously flawed and leading responses not inviting them.
Was this actually run past your tutor?

What exactly is the purpose of this survey, what course are you studying and what qualification do you hope that it will lead to? At which educational establishment?
All those question should be addressed in the preamble to the questionnaire.

I can't believe that your tutor would allow you to include a question asking people if they would consider taking part in an illegal activity.

This survey is very fishy I'm afraid, and on a very contentious subject, so I won't be answering it.

Surveys for dissertations and projects normally have a disclosure and state how the data will be used and for which organisation/university.
Therefore, I will not be filling out the survey.
Seems odd.

A Google search on Melissa 1543 brings up the above site very high in the list, and does not indicate that any of the search term has not been found. This should mean that a Melissa and a 1543 are on that site somewhere, not necessarily as one person. The site embeds a twitter stream, and it seems very likely that Meliass.1543 has tweeted on that site, not necessarily in support of it.

However, given the questions in the survey and the disappearance of the poster, I think at the moment it's reasonable to assume that this is a fake survey created by Sab. And for all that I'm anti hunting, I'm just as anti at using the forum like this.

I suspect OP is American, where the distinction between fox hunting and trail/drag isn't so politically charged. The corresponding Instagram account lives in Connecticut.
