I saw him and his stallions display at HOYS last night - it took my breath away.

It you get the opportunity to see him, please do so. What I loved was the way the horses were free, no restraint and his abilty to move them and have them perform was amazing. The relationship between him and his horses is one I wish to have.

The fact they were rewarded with strokes and nibbles, and having a roll in the arena - all came in looking immaculate and went out very dusty made it a wonderful thing to experience.

As I pointed out to OH, our two could do the rolling and having treats part of the display but the rest is going to take a bit of work:)

I loved it :) And will admit that it made me cry :o Was lovely to see how at all times, the horses always had an eye or an ear at the very least focused on him, and they never took any notice of the crowd or other goings on, they were only intent on him. Think that in itself is amazing! :D

I think I may have seen him at the Royal Horse Gala this year ... or maybe someone who sounds like him as I don't remember the guys name :p He stood at one end of the arena and spoke to his horse on the other side, who did everything he asked with ease and was watching him and listening to him at all times. It was amazing :)
