Frantic Plea - Livery in SE Kent

As above really - ned needs a house in SE Kent - must have decent turnout and stable 12 x 12 +, and not be a ragwort haven! Pleasant and experienced owners, sweet horse and prepared to pay for decent facilities..... but where are the yards?

I recommend Bursted Manor!! Seven miles outside canterbury in a hamlet called Pett Bottom. The owners and yard manager are lovely and great with horses. The turn-out is quite limited right next to the yard, but they have a nice big 'Boy's Field' just five mins walk along the valley road. They have one or two HUGE stables (16x10ft ish), and the others are a decent size. Indoor and outdoor school and Fantastic Hacking - it's lovely and quiet with acres of woods quite nearby to ride in.

The only limitation is that they don't take many liveries, as it's not a very big place. Have a look at their website or their Facebook page. I was a livery there until me and my horse had to move away because of my job
