well done, he seems to be coming on in leaps 
have you got a friend with an off road bike or something similar? My dad has a big bright orange off road bike and i showed it to my friends 6year old, she was as good as gold, didn't bother her, she even stood right next to it when it was running and then dad just drove off and she wasn't bothered. but that might be a good idea? Because they can get up close to it them and have a sniff and see what it really is then once you're out hacking he won't be bothered as he's already sniffed that before and heard it and they're not scary 
you could also hand a couple of treats to the person on the bike, so then motorbike people will have lovely sweeties rather than being scary
you could also intorduce torches to him, in case you need to go down the field in the dark with a torch?
and big rustly waterproof jackets, flappy scarfs and big weird hats
oh also, flags! see if you can get a flag anywhere and put it in his field so he just lives with a flag and they aren't anything to worry about
and i know this sounds stupid but has he seen a radio? thats on? a tiny pony at our yard always freaks out at the radio and cannot understand what happened.

Cheers thanks, more ideas always welcome!! He has heard the motorbike going past his stable, but never sniffed it, may do that, and get some flags
Freddie has his first foot trim today, and he was soooooo good!!
