Fredericks Lungie bungie

I've been looking at getting a Libby's fredericks lungie bungie but i'm wondering how the sizings come up as they do a pony size and then a cob/full. My geldings only about 14.1/14.2 but being welsh doesn't have a particularly long neck so not sure what size to get.

The cob / full fits pretty much everything that isn't dinky. (Although I have't used it on anything over about 17.1hh so perhaps not the giants either.) But it is fine size wise on everything from my 13.2 cob to the aforementioned 17hhish. It is adjustable.
