Free horse adverts?

Where is the best place to advertise a horse on the internet for free? I have a friend whose situation has taken a sudden and dramatic turn for the worse and she needs rid of her beloved horse ASAP. She can't afford to pay for adverts so it must be free!

Sorry to hear about your friends sudden change in circumstances. is there someone that could help in the short term?
We help people in these circumstances either in their yard or provide free grazeing to protect the horse. A quick sale is not always possible and can be sold to the wrong peoiple in haste.
We provide free grazeing to give the owner time to sort things out without panic. Would it be possible here?

I just wanted to butt in and say its a shame there aren't more people like you around. It would make it a much nicer world

I only wish I could take her in, but I refuse to have my own horse PTS when countless people have told me to so I am already stuck with one broken horse and cannot afford another! Horsey has a few issues too with injury, age and temperament (not aggressive/bad, just grumpy!), I think that's what has put people off in the past. I'll have a chat to my friend again tonight and see if we can draw up an advert. Thanks for the suggestions!
