Does anyone know whether you have to use the free jump stirrup leathers with free jump stirrups? Or can you use normal leathers? Have been admiring them at Olympia but really can't justify buying both!

You can def use t-bar leathers - not sure about 'normal' ones; but there's no need to stick to the freejump ones

Thank you!! The free jump leathers seem so expensive - but I wasn't sure if the stirrups only work with them!

I use them with normal leathers, they are fine. They are still safe!
The freejump leathers are to give a close contact feel only, they don't do anything special. So if you want to replicate this at a lower cost, T-bar leathers (as suggested above) would do the same thing.
