Free-Schooling...

[Exclusive Edition]

This might be a really stupid question but I have a 5yro tb mare and when i free-school her I can't help but feel that we are both slightly bored, she turns with directions just from a turn of my shoulder. Anyway.. What else can you do when free-schooling?

Get her going to your voice commands, troting poles, small jumps. I did join up with mine and he would come over to me and following me and we did jumps together on the ground and just generally play and bond.

Forgot to say she does voice commands and when i 'squeak' she comes back in a flat out canter to me
