Free standing saddle rack for 4 saddles

I can't fix into my tack room wall, the saddle racks keep falling off. Something to do with the wall construction.
Anyway I have just spent the evening looking online for one to buy but could only find one and it was expensive at £85. There are loads on American websites but not on British ones, unless you know better.
My other thought was could I build one out of wood? No idea how but hoped someone on here might be able to help me with a plan for one. I know it is a bit of a long shot but I did once ask about making a mounting block and some kind person posted plans and I am now the owner of 2 very sturdy mounting blocks made by my other half.

Could you have your OH make you a saddle rack with a cross base sturdy enough to not fall over if one or more saddle is taken off, with a lenghth of wood coming up as a "stem" and spoke-like racks coming off the "stem" which would be shaped like this - ^ or rounded? Would think it would be fairly easy to knock something together that would work?
