Hi,

First thread ive started

Just thought I would start a thread for freebies and samples. I was reading another thread on a different website, about emailing feed comapnies etc, for free feed samples.
Anyone else got any others???

if you want to get some banners to scare the life out of your horse and make your arena look all professional you can email feed companies and ask them- a lot will send some to you. i got banners off baileys, dodson and horrell, allen and page, woof wear, naf and some others that i can't remember....

(sorry if it sounds a dumb question)

Or did you say you were goign to use them for anything etc..

In the past two years I've won a Prolite pad and a full set of cross country colours from NagRags (sweatshirt, hat silk and saddlecloth, all personalised) by entering the competitions in Your Horse magazine - you can often enter them online for free if you don't fancy the magazine.

Aviform will send you a free 14-day trial sample of Suppleaze Gold joint supplement. To be honest, 14 days isn't enough to see if it is going to make a difference, but at least you can see if your horse will eat it. And if you are going to buy it anyway (they have a permanant 3 for 2 offer) then you might as well get the 14 day trial sample first.

i wrote to them explaining that i had a spooky horse that i wanted to de-spook and was also on a bhs yard (true) that ran regular clinics (lie) so they'd get some good advertising...i also said that i used their products and loved them (some true...some not

) baileys were really funny and said "well we don't normally give banners to normal people but seeing as you love our feed so much yes you can have one"
