freeform treeless saddles - what do you think???

Thanks. Thinking of getting one, already have a cheaper treeless, which is great, but would now like to upgrade, is it worth it??? or shpuld i keep my cash for something else

I had one and it was wonderful for my otherwise impossible to fit cob mare. It was excellent for flat work and hacking but I still used my torsion for jumping and fast work as it gave me a more secure forward position.

But, I still went back to a treed saddle when I got the new horse as I had had some problems with the fitting of both saddles at some point. I definitely wouldn't buy without trying one first as the shape of the saddle won't suit all - horse or rider.

There is another make on sale in one of the major mail order catalogues which looks exactly the same but its half the price.
