Freelance groom/livery services - Brentwood, Essex

Long shot, but does anyone know of a freelance groom or someone who offers livery services near Brentwood, Essex?

I don't particularly want to move yards, but the current groom has put her prices up by 30% in one move - and the service really isn't good enough to warrant it. I need someone ultra-reliable for services Mon-Fri, and others on the yard will no doubt use ad hoc services on a daily basis.
