Freezemark done... pheww! (pics)

I think I was panicking more than she was! She was fine for the 1st letter, 2nd letter played up a bit, 3rd letter ok, and then 4th letter started rearing lol Better than I expected though! There were a lot of horse flies around this morning and I think they were stressing her out more than the freezemarking!

Luckily my friend was close by to help, he held the bucket full of treats and I held onto her for dear life lol

I am so relieved it's over! It's all swollen at the minute, then it will scab and then the white hair should start appearing in about 6 weeks...

I used farm key and it was £55, I had it personalised aswell which is another £24.95 on top of that. But if there are 3 or more horses to be done i think the price comes down to £49 each

I've just had my mare done, and FArmkey offer a discount to RC/BHS/NFU members, also if a group of (I think) 5 more are done there's a discount too - I paid 38.95, although i didnt have a personalised number.
