im afraid I gave up on Freezemark earlier this year. I bought my new horse last Sept, left several messages with them, eventually received a call, they couldnt offer me a date when they would be in my area but said they would call soon to fit me in. Nothing for several months, when I chased it up they admitted I had been forgotten and offered to fit me in fairly quickly. Tbh as I had owned the horse for about 8 months then and he hadnt been stolen I decided not to bother, have gone with another option.
