Freezemarking help please

I would like to get my cob freezemarked. He is microchipped but I would prefer a visual deterrent. I have rang, left messages and emailed both the freezemark companies over a 2 week period and nobody has replied to me. Any ideas/suggestions on what to do next. Thank you x

I had my two done couple of weeks ago. I did email to enquire and heard nothing so u rang, I had to ring a couple of times but once through they were very helpful and was seen in just over a week. I used freezemark and sarah who came out was very good, even put up with baby coblet trampling about in the mud. Keep ringing its worth it
