I FEEL LIKE THIS

If you want to compete the equivalent of affiliated in England (officiel in France), you need to open an account with FFE. If it's just club unaff. you just buy your "ticket" on the spot at the venue.
Nothing complicated really...

Just not sure what you mean by club level competitions (concours d'entrainement/ fete equestre ?)....If so, you just need to show up and pay on the spot

Itll be club level 5 (to start off with) We enetered one at our Center Equestre ,the Ecurie Roucarie.
So, we look up on ffe.com on BO Engts. find a Event and Just pay/ enter on the dAy? Or go to our CE and get her to do it?

Your Club should be able to enter you, by the sound of what you are saying.Or contact the Organiser and see what they say.I have found that everyone is only too happy to help. You have done all the right things so far, dont forget your own medical certificate if you want to compete affiliated, ie, FFE. Not sure if you need it for Club comps, but knowing the French , I think you might have to visit your Doctor, and be examined for a Certificate POUR SPORTS EQUESTRE. Thats the important bit, you give that to your Club, and hey presto!!!Good luck, and keep us informed.
