French link full cheek snaffle vs plain eggbutt snaffle

which is the best and kindest to start a young horse in? Mickeys just starting to have a bridle on and to get him used to it and not frighten him im currently using a really soft straight bar rubber loose ring snaffle, obviously as he progresses with lunging/longreining etc this summer ill probably need a different bit.... ive heard a french link is better... what are your thoughts?

Lozenged bit IMO. Nathe straight bars are nice aswell

Myler comfort snaffles.

Please don't use a single jointed snaffle.

always done mine in a loose ring french link/lozenge snaffle. I personally like KK's
