Is the shopping good ?! I can't as I'm off to Paris for the weekend, but I go every year to the Salon du Cheval in Paris...2012 was better than the last few years I have to say 
However you don't get the bargains you would get in the UK!!
Want to go to Equita'Lyon this year...but travel costs might be too pricey...we'll see

Equita Lyon is a must do, we went last November, one day is not enough.
Bordeaux is a lot smaller, but nearer for us.

Think I'm going to try and drag my OH for the weekend this year. Bordeaux would be closer for me as well, and probably worth going to one year, I'm just off in the other direction next weekend so no way I could make it

We went to Equita Lyon two years ago but cannot make Bordeaux. Too many horses now to find someone to look after. We won't turnout till March so there is a lot of yard work each day.

We may be living there one day soon. Just going down to start remodeling our little house the last week of February...but it'll be too late. Maybe next year...
