Bit of a sad day for us. Friend bought a very handsom TB youngster two years ago, he is fantastic to be around, even the little kids could handle him with ease, but when you put a saddle on his back he went wild. We also noticed when he wasnt bucking he was lame under saddle, but sound when it came off.
So after some investigation at the vet school he was diagnosed with kissing spines, and its unoperable. We were all so sad for her as this is the second horse in two years she has had to have PTS.
She was going just to do a loss of use claim, but he is now showing signs of pain all the time so the hard choice had to be made.
It is so sad as he is so handsom. A 16.1hh bright chestnut with a white blaze. Poor scooby, may he rest in peace.

Thats so sad. RIP Scooby
