Frogpool bridle incident!

I was going through the Frogpool manor sales list the other night and found three or four things that sounded like a bargain so jotted them a letter and made an order... one of the items was a Keiffer bridle that was £109.00 down to £19.99 so i did a quick google search for it and couldn't find anything so I just kept it on the order and sent it off.
Just had a phone call from them to take payment as it was all in stock so i took the opportunity to ask them what the bridle was like *giggles*

It's a patterned leather with alligator skin effect

Not quite what I had hoped but for £20 i've decided to get it for schooling in to save changing bits over

he he I saw that on the list and was like oh my god what a price difference then I saw the description.

May be worth putting it on ebay, I am sure someone would pay more for it then you have!

My best mate got one of those in the sale too. A friend was going and she said that if they had any nice bridles that they she should grab one for her and it's the same alligator skin effect one. She loathed it at first and I have to say that I am still not convinced by it (looks like plastic when it isn't on). However, it does look stunning once it is on!!
She has got a snow white (grey) 17.2 Belgian WB and it looked amazing on him when he went out and did dressage on Sunday. I definately wouldn't have it for myself but as I said it does look good and and well for £20 you can't really go wrong I guess.

I went to the Froggers sale on Sunday and saw that bridle. Errrr ..... IMHO I wouldn't buy it ! You could always put it on ebay .....

I saw that bridle as well and immediately knew it wasn't for me! I'm sure someone on ebay will love it.

They've got no black left and have just rung me to say do i want brown instead or to knock it off the order... i don't know what to do

i only wanted something as a spare for schooling/spare but could i bring myself to make Mr D wear it? I don't know. His dressage saddle is black so it sort of doesn't make sense to get a brown one other than the fact that it is prob good leather and only £20.

tried to get either of two other bridles that were black and normal but neither were in stock. Ho Hum!
