I have used them, found them pretty good.

Although in my experience I've found they often don't have things in stock and have to order them in.

I bought a tweed jacket which didn't fit me well enough. I returned it, and the refund was back in my bank within about three days of them getting it back.

That is my only experience of Frogpool, and I was perfectly happy with it.

Do you suppose that if they have a saddle in a certain colour, they may order in the same saddle in a different colour but for the same price? - If that makes sense ?

I have bought stuff from there shop and off the net, and never had any problems, delivery has always been quite fast and as described. However I have never had to return anything.

I am still waiting for my ariat wellies that I ordered 3 weeks ago but I think its parcelforce's fault rather than Frogpool's.

Do you reckon they would order in a Brown saddle instead of a Black saddle?

I would think they will order it for you, but if it is a special order of something they don't normally stock they may not take it back for refund - I would definitely ask that question before you order it! Also, be prepared to wait ...... somethimes they get stuff in quick, sometimes it seems to take ages.

They are one of my two local saddlery's so visit every weekend for hay and other supplies.

I can't say anything bad about them exactly, although their servce is a bit up and down, sometimes good sometimes slow - in the shop some staff are really helpful and some staff don't seem to notice you are waiting!

I do tend to favour Speedgate these days as their customer service is by far superior. Their staff jump at the chance to help you!

I have always found them absolutely fabulous! - always rung them rather than ordering online but they are always helpful! and quick.
