frontline and metacam (sorry cat's) can i use together?

Hello,
Does any one know if I can use these in conjunction?
Can ring vet in morn to check but if anyone knew could flea tonight.

They are both safe to use on a cat at the one time....wormers dont react with many other drugs

Why is your cat on Metacam though?

worming may cause dairrhoea and could be a bad idea for a very commpromised animal...but only if its already quite ill...so id ring the vet first in that case.
If its for something like pain relief or artheritis then you should be fine

I was gonna say metacam is an NSAID (pain relief) and frontline is flea treatment.

If star says its ok then it should be fine! I would have thought if you were concerned you can read the safety information sheet that comes in the packet of the drug (frontline)

Cheers everyone, cat is now flea less.
Boo the cat was a farm cat that appeared to have fell off roof/hit by car then got cat flu. All about recovered now though, apart from wonky eyes. Now appears to have turned into a house cat!

yes you can - I had a old cat who was on metacam all the time and I also frontlined him on a regular basis.
