Frosty grass & Diarrhea

Anyone found that their horses droppings are looser after a frost. Our horses are given hay in the field when its frosty but one of them has much looser droppings after a frost. She is stabled overnight and fed before she goes out.

Not really, but mine all have looser droppings at the moment. I have put it down to the fact they are having more haylage than normal, to compensate for lack of grass (we are still under snow&#8230.

I have noticed that with the one of mine that's on haylage. We are not under snow but she's been in a lot more (and hence eating more haylage than usual).
