Frustrated! Yard needed in Hertford area, no one seems to want to help!

Im having a rant and asking advice! I have a 2 year old Gelding who has the manners of a 12 year old.
He is currently living out but i am worried about his safety and being bullied by the bigger boys :(
I am looking for a yard that will take him in Hertford or surrounding but no one seems to want to help! I understand that some yards are wary of taking a 2 year old but their is no need to blatenly ignore me!
Do i just leave him out and admit defeat untill he is older or carry on trying?
Does anyone know of a Yard that would take us DIY?

Have you tried looking on the BHS website for approved yards ?? its most annoying when people dont even respond especially when your concern is your horse's welfare. Also if your on facebook post on your wall someone might know someone. Good luck hope you get sorted out.
