I have only just received your private message as I haven't been online for a couple of days - but I'm not ignoring you!! 
Have just tried to reply to you but my phone won't let me for some stupid reason, hence the slightly mental looking thread to try to communicate with you!
I will give you all the information I have, however I'm very busy at work, so I may not be able to get the message to you until tonight when I can get to my laptop (which should cooperate with private messages).. I just didn't want you to spend any longer wondering if you're being ignored!
