This is his blood work from the vet work up I had done because of his episodes.

The ACTH is high at 385, even accounting for the seasonal rise at this time of year.

Start with 1/4 or 1/2 a tablet daily, and build up gradually. Its a bit if a faff getting the initial levels tested and stabilised, but it's worth it in the end.

I had to creep up the levels with my mare, as she went inappetent and ataxic at first on Prascend, but she's been grand on 0.5 tablets a day for the last 2 or 3 years. We initially went up to 1.0 tablets a day, then dropped it down to 0.5 tablets. She is now tested twice yearly.

Don't know what the iron levels mean, sorry.
